Return Policy

Big South Paddle accepts returns on all products in unused condition still in their original packaging up to 14 days after purchase. If you would like to return a product, please contact support@bigsouthpaddle.com and a crew member will assist you.

Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item is received back to our warehouse, we will ensure it is not used, damaged and still in the original packaging and will process the refund. Once the item has been used, the sale is final. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please contact us, we will get the item returned to us and taken care of quickly.

If your shipment arrives damaged, do not let the carrier leave. Take pictures and refuse the delivery with the carrier. We will get a new order for the replacement out to you right away.

Please note, it is your responsibility to be available when the products are dropped off to examine them. Due to the nature of our products, it is very important you look them over before accepting the delivery.

You do have the option to ship the boat back for a return. However, you would be responsible for any shipping charges. We only use reputable carriers, but of course, accidents do happen!
